Please note that registration prices include all catering costs for day 17 and 18 plus the social dinner. They do not include travel or accommodation which must be organized by the participants (except invited speakers).
Registration fees should be paid following the registration process using the options provided: credit card or bank transfer. Please note that all registrations are final (except in the case of Travel Awards – see below).
We make available up to 10 GIMM Festival Travel Awards for students and postdocs coming from outside of Portugal to attend the event (covering a refund of your registration fee + a flat rate of 500 EUR of travel expenses). The awardees will be selected based on their abstract. Please indicate that option when registering and submitting your abstract (deadline for consideration: 14 May 2026).
